The Voids Planner will be responsible for planning and scheduling works in voids properties for our in-house team and contractors. You will plan and schedule works and ensure effective diary management for our internal teams to ensure optimum efficiency of works and to minimise voids times.
You will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service to all stakeholders and carry out all administration duties associated with the effective management of void properties.
This role is not politically restricted.
