Exciting training opportunity: Trainee Admin Hub Assistant, ideal for someone with limited or no previous work/office experience.
Based at Militia House, English Street, Dumfries, we are looking to recruit a Trainee Admin Hub Assistant to become part of the Regulatory & Statutory Services Hub. This post is 28 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year worked over four days.
Duties include input, update, and interrogation of data utilising various database systems. General clerical duties associated with an office and customer service environment. You will be trained in administering simple financial transactions as well as many other tasks associated with the role.
Knowledge of computer systems, in particular, Microsoft packages is essential while applicants must be educated to Standard Grade level or equivalent.
We are looking to recruit a self-motivated and proactive person. Office experience is not required however good communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential.

On successful completion of the enhanced 12-month training programme, you will progress to a Senior Clerical Assistant.
