Salary: £44,208 - £50,424 per annum
Grade F
Fixed Term Contract – until 30/06/2026
37 Hours per Week
Thurrock First is a professional single point of access for residents of Thurrock, providing advice, information and signposting, and referrals to internal and external teams for a wide range of:
Adult Social care, Mental Health and Physical Health needs. The service is not only for residents but families, carers and professionals needing to refer someone for support. Your role as a Team Leader will be to support the team and ensure they are fully up to date with all service changes etc. You will be required to monitor sickness levels, approve annual leave requests and carry out 1:1’s with the team.
Flexibility in respect of working hours and working location – the team work 7 days a week, from 7am – 7pm on a rotating shift pattern. The Team Leader will be responsible in ensuring cover is met and to be prepared to cover if necessary.
Experience of working in Health and/or Social Care is desirable but not essential.
A DBS check will be required for this role.
