
TEH Support Practitioner

Your role in our journey
As a Targeted Early Help Support Practitioner, you will use strong assessment and communication skills to deliver planned, purposeful interventions as part of a holistic team around the family. Your work will focus on improving outcomes and life chances for children, young people and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
- delivering tailored, evidence-based interventions to meet a wide range of individual and family needs;
- maintaining accurate and comprehensive records to support effective practice and decision-making;
- applying a strong understanding of safeguarding and threshold frameworks to ensure appropriate support and intervention; and
- working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to champion Early Help and integrated services at all times.
What you’ll need
A level 4 qualification in a relevant field or substantial relevant experience of working with children, young people and families in their homes as well as within the wider community. You will also have experience of chairing and attending multiagency meetings to formulate plans to ensure that the families you work with receive the best possible support.

Salary range
- £35,412 - £38,220 per year
