The Role:
Lead and Innovate: Team Manager, Integrated Mental Health Services. Are you a highly experienced Social Work professional ready to step into a Team Manager role and champion high-quality, actively anti-racist practice?

The Role: Your Impact
Join our Section 75 partnership with East London Foundation Trust (ELFT). This role is about providing day-to-day leadership and driving high-quality, strengths-based practice for adults with mental health needs.
You will:
- Lead and supervise a team of social workers and staff, ensuring legally compliant and person-centred practice.
 - Drive forward strengths-based, trauma-informed, and anti-racist practice in all areas of work.
 - Manage performance, allocate workload, and ensure quality assurance within your team.
 - Oversee complex safeguarding and contribute to service-wide priorities and change programmes.
 - Work collaboratively with ELFT and wider partners to deliver integrated support for residents.
 
About You: Essential Requirements
We are looking for professionals ready to develop their management career. You must bring:
A recognised Social Work qualification and current Social Work England registration.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, particularly the Care Act, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act.
