Team Manager

We are recruiting a Team Manager at Caerphilly County Borough Council.

Working hours: 37 Hours
Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed term until 31st January 2027
Location: Beatrice Web Residential Home

We are looking for the right person who can inspire others and thinks creatively. A person who can lead and motivate the team who is accountable for all operational aspects of the home in accordance with legislation, regulations and the Council’s policies and procedures.

For the role, we ask that you have:

• Mandatory qualifications set by Social Care Wales to register as an Adult Care Home Manager.
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and statutory guidance. For example Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016, Health and Safety legislation.
• Experience of staff supervision.
• Full UK Category B (Cars) driving license and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business purposes to travel throughout the borough.
