Bottesford Schools Federation is a newly formed partnership between Bottesford Infant School and Bottesford Junior School, united by our shared ethos: ‘We RISE Together.’ This exciting collaboration has created an opportunity for an enthusiastic and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join our committed and growing team.
We are seeking motivated candidates with experience in EYFS or Key Stage 1 who are passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will predominantly work on the infant site to support EYFS pupils with additional needs.
The role will include:
- Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with SEND in EYFS
- Working with small groups to enhance learning outcomes
- Delivering targeted interventions to support progress
- Supporting children across a variety of classroom settings to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally

- Have relevant experience working with children in EYFS or KS1
