About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Street Cleansing Manager to lead and develop our Street Cleansing Team within the Neighbourhood and Environmental Services department. This senior management role is pivotal in ensuring Redbridge remains clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, businesses, and visitors.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of street cleansing services in Redbridge, ensuring sustainability and continuous improvement backed by the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
To succeed in this Role you will bring:
A strong background in operational environmental services.
- Passion for delivering high-quality services and have the skills and experience to lead a large front line team.
- Strong work ethic and accountability.
As the manager of a large in person staff body you will want to observe and monitor staff working outside regular 9am-5pm office hours from time to time. This will include early mornings, evenings and weekends on occasion.

Salary range
- £61,653 - £65,181 per year
