We are currently looking for a Street Cleaning Operative to join our busy Street Scene business unit in Romsey.
This position plays a key role in providing one of our essential services. Ensuring our streets and open spaces are clean and accessible for all to use in their work and leisure lives.
If you enjoy working in a customer-focussed environment, can work under your own initiative or as part of a team and are looking for a secure, challenging, and worthwhile job we may have the position you are looking for.
There’ll be opportunities to assist with other environmental services tasks.
To be suitable for this post it is essential that you have a current driving licence. CPC would be an advantage but not essential. For this position experience of working outdoors in all weathers, dealing with the public and working as part of a team is essential. A knowledge of street cleaning and of the Test Valley area would be an advantage but not essential.
