About You

We are seeking someone who is caring, reliable, and physically fit for a hands-on role that can be both challenging and highly rewarding.

You will have:

• A good level of fitness and stamina to meet the physical demands of the role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to supporting residents.
• Awareness of health and safety in the workplace.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in cleaning, caretaking, or facilities roles would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.

All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks and employment references.
