Our Team:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Programme Management Lead to drive the strategic improvement of services for Children in Care across Halton.
In this key leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of complex improvement programmes, working closely with senior leaders, partners, and stakeholders to implement the Children in Care Priority Action Plan and other strategic social care initiatives. You will support the Strategic Improvement Board, working alongside the Head of Service for Children in Care and the Director of Social Care to deliver lasting service improvements.
You will lead high-quality programmes that are delivered on time and within budget, ensuring effective collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and meaningful co-production with children, young people, families, and carers. By driving evidence-based, sustainable change, you will help improve outcomes for children in care, strengthen partnership working, and support a more integrated and financially sustainable social care system.
