IT Service Desk Analyst
London Borough of Havering
Contract: Permanent
The London Borough of Havering is looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first and second line technical support, ensuring reported issues and work requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner in line with service level agreements.
If successful in your application for the role of IT Service Desk Analyst, London Borough of Havering, you will/will be
- A tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on helping people and mastering cutting-edge technology.
- Passionate about customer service with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Enthusiastic to support IT technology including Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft 365 suite,
- Experienced working with tools such as Azure Active Directory, Exchange online, InTune, SCCM, Microsoft AOVPN and Teams.
- Be able to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network related complex issues.
- Highly proficient in managing and prioritising a wide range of end user requests.
- Proactive to follow up with end users upon resolution to confirm satisfaction with IT service.
- Have an attention to detail and stay complaint with security, policies and procedures.
