Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking applications from experienced Occupational Therapists for a Senior Occupational Therapist Practitioner role within our Integrated Health and Social Care service.

About the Role

You will:

• Lead on complex cases, including those involving risk, legal frameworks, and safeguarding
• Work collaboratively within an integrated service
• Support assessment, care planning, and reviews in line with the Care Act, MCA, and other legislation
• Offer expert OT advice, including complex equipment and major adaptations
• Support staff with professional development
• Provide supervision, guidance and line management
• Promote evidence-based practice, personalisation, and integrated working
• Demonstrate a supportive, flexible, and positive approach

Who We’re Looking For:

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
• Strong experience in adult social care and complex case management
• Confident applying relevant legislation
• Experience of supervision, leadership, and service development
• Committed to person-centred, strengths-based practice
• Confident in managing complexity and risk
