Salary: £44,631 - £47,552 per annum
35 Hours per Week

The Role:
Worcestershire County Council are recruiting for a skilled and experienced Senior Estates Surveyor. This is a permanent role and an opportunity to join a hardworking and dedicated Estates Team in Corporate Landlord Services, part of the Council’s Economy and Infrastructure Directorate.
The role involves working alongside other colleagues within the directorate, the wider Council and across public sector partners to support service delivery through property solutions and achieving corporate objectives. You will be working on a wide portfolio of properties, covering rent reviews, new leases and renewals, acquisitions & disposals, service charges and other General Practice Estate Management. In addition, you will also manage a small team of Estate Surveyors.

Whilst previous Local Authority experience isn’t required, you will need to be a qualified Member or Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and have a successful track record in a similar role.
