
SENAR Service Manager
Tower Hamlets is an ambitious and diverse borough with a strong commitment to inclusion, early intervention and partnership working. We are working closely with children, young people, families, education providers, health partners and wider services to build a responsive and person-centred SEND system, shaped by co-production and focused on helping children and young people thrive.
We are looking for an exceptional and motivated leader to manage our Special Educational Needs Assessment and Review (SENAR) Service. This is a key role leading statutory assessment and review functions, driving high-quality case management, service improvement and strong partnership working across education, health and care.
You will bring substantial experience of SEND services, a strong grasp of statutory responsibilities, and the ability to lead teams with confidence, sound judgement and a clear commitment to improving outcomes for children, young people and their families.
