About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) Specialist Practitioner to play a pivotal role in delivering the Healthy Child Programme and improving health outcomes for vulnerable children, young people and families. As a SCPHN Specialist Practitioner within the 0–19 Public Health Nursing Service, you will provide professional supervision, guidance and support to practitioners, helping to build capability and consistency across the workforce. You will work collaboratively with multi‑agency partners, contribute to clinical governance, prepare high‑quality reports, and support the development and implementation of policies and pathways. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated SCPHN who is passionate about reducing inequalities, influencing practice, and driving positive outcomes for the most vulnerable families.
