Full Time (37 hours per week) Monday to Friday
Job Location: County Hall Exeter, plus some home working and attendance at in person meetings across the county.

What skills & qualities we need from you?:
- Confidence in using a laptop (TEAMS/Outlook/CoPilot/Calendars/Microsoft Edge/Excel/Word). Some training will be provided.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
- Positive & enthusiastic attitude towards learning and supporting your colleagues.
- Sense of humour.
- Some experience of note taking/minute taking (typed) at meetings or willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills & the ability to build good working relationships.
- Ability to plan workload for the day and be adaptable when change happens.
- Ability to handle your own workloads and keep on top of things with good attention to detail.
- Ability to think on your feet and work with colleagues to resolve problems.
- Remain calm and resilient under pressure.
What key tasks/responsibilities will the role involve:
- You will be using a laptop and various internal systems and Microsoft packages to conduct your role.
- You will be working in an ‘agile’ way – office working as part of your week will be required and opportunities to discuss some home working with your line manager can be explored.
- Attending meetings in person – you will need access to transport to be able to attend meetings.
- Drafting & responding to emails.
- Supporting before/during/after meetings in terms of administration.
- Uploading/downloading evidence to/from internal systems.
- Inputting data into spreadsheet/word documents.
- Supporting Social Workers with social care documents & administration.
- Providing direct support to Area Managers/Team Managers.
- Supporting on site office administration as required.
- Other administrative activity to support the needs of the business as discussed with your manager.

Salary range
- £27,709 - £29,542 per year
