
S106 Support Officer
Help deliver projects that make a real difference across Cambridge.
We're looking for an organised and proactive individual to support the delivery and monitoring of S106-funded projects. Working across City Services, you'll play a key role in coordinating governance processes, maintaining accurate project data, supporting reporting, and ensuring Section 106 contributions are effectively managed and spent for community benefit.
In this role, you'll:
- Coordinate the S106 Monitoring Board, including meetings, actions and reporting.
- Support the delivery and monitoring of S106-funded projects.
- Maintain accurate project records and performance data.
- Work closely with Planning, Finance and Project Officers to ensure compliance and successful project delivery.
- Assist with FOI requests, reports and stakeholder communications.
- Help drive efficient, data-led ways of working.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident coordinating meetings and managing information.
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with data, reports and administrative systems.

Hours: This is a fix term role of 15 hours a week for 18 month period. Days of work are flexible and can be discussed with successful candidate.
Working Pattern: 15 hours a week to be mutually agreed.
Contract: Fixed term for 18 months
Salary: £33,672 - £37,562 per annum (City Pay Band 4), pro rata for part time.
Location: This is flexible – working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home. You will be able to balance your work location accordingly.
