Post Title: Repairs Co-ordinator
Location: Diriebught Roads Depot, Inverness
Hours: 28 hours per week
Duration: Maternity Cover - 1 year
Salary: £21,374 - £23,397 per annum

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose:

• Using Dynamic Scheduling to organise operatives to deliver an effective buildingrepairs service via Connect.
• Act as the interface between the customer and the service provider, ensuring end to end responsibility for work completion, including customer satisfaction surveys.
