    Your role in our journey

    As a Telecare Responder within Assistive Living Technologies you’ll be an important part of the nationally accredited team that provides a 24/7 Monitoring Centre, Response and Installation Team.

    You will provide round-the-clock support to vulnerable service users ensuring they get the help they need as soon as possible for example, after a fall. You will respond to vulnerable service users in Barnsley and work in partnership with stakeholders with a common goal to promote the independence of vulnerable adults.

    What you’ll need

    To join us, you’ll need a relevant Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care, experience in a customer focused environment with excellent communication skills and knowledge and experience of working with vulnerable adults.
