We require a highly motivated, flexible, and committed Recycling Driver / Team Leader with responsibility for the safe operation of a refuse collection vehicle and leading a team of Recycling Officers in a busy and demanding service.

The job also requires manoeuvring of waste collection receptacles and an ability to meet high production levels. Along with engagement with members of the public to secure high levels of recycling and customer satisfaction.

Preferably you will have experience of providing waste and recycling collection services, operating bin lift and compaction equipment on a refuse collection vehicle and responding to customers in a helpful, informative, and courteous manner.

A HGV Class C (old style HGV Class II) licence, valid CPC clearance and experience of operating waste collection vehicles.

As part of the interview process you will be required to complete a driving assessment with our driving assessor.
