Job Title: Reablement Care Worker – Community Care

Location: Thurrock

Band: B

Salary: £26,556 - £28,764 per annum pro rata to hours worked

We provide care and support for clients in their own homes, single and double handed calls. The service provides care 14 hours a day throughout Thurrock – 7 hour AM and PM shifts.

We are currently looking for Reablement Care Workers who can work in our Community team throughout Thurrock. We also regularly require casual staff to support with staff absence – if you think you could support us working alongside experienced staff then please apply.

Community Homecare throughout Thurrock daily rota contracts cover a mix of Early (6 am to 2pm) and Late (3pm to 11pm) and working Every other weekend (1 covering early shifts the other covering late shifts)

Full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle required for working in the above – mileage paid at 45p per mile.

The successful candidate will need to have a professional attitude at all times and have knowledge around the understanding of Dementia, Challenging behaviours and Manual Handling – training also provided.
