    We’re looking for a skilled and proactive operative to deliver high-quality cleaning services across our streets, estates, and internal communal areas. This role is vital to ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants, leaseholders, and residents.

    We’re looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Technical Operative (Chemical Cleaning) to join our Chemical Cleaning team. This is a hands-on role where professionalism, teamwork, and flexibility are key.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven experience in chemical cleaning and graffiti removal
    • Confidence using jetting equipment and other specialist tools
    • A commitment to safety, quality, and resident satisfaction
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
