Ready to take ownership of a diverse corporate property portfolio and help shape how it is managed?

We’re looking for an experienced Property Management Surveyor to play a leading role in delivering our Corporate Landlord model. You’ll manage leases, service charges, property budgets and landlord approvals, while advising senior colleagues and working across legal, finance and operational services.

You’ll also deputise for the Estates Team Leader, manage a Property Management Assistant and help drive continuous improvement across the service.

You’ll need:

  • Strong landlord and tenant and lease-management experience
  • Knowledge of service charges and RICS standards
  • Experience managing property budgets and diverse portfolios
  • MRICS status or progress towards a relevant professional qualification
  • The confidence to handle complex, high-profile property matters

Salary range

  • £47,181 - £52,413 per year
