Salary: £35,414 - £39,152
Location: Lincoln (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Property Management Assistant to support the delivery of our Corporate Landlord service. You’ll help manage property records, leases, service charges, rents and budgets while working closely with surveyors, legal teams, finance colleagues and service departments.
The role offers excellent exposure to:
- Lease and service-charge administration
- Property data and CAFM systems
- Rent, business rates and budget monitoring
- Property inspections and compliance
- Easements, wayleaves and landlord approvals
You’ll need property or facilities-management experience, strong IT and financial skills, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to work across different teams.
