About the role

As a Procurement Manager (Housing), you’ll have the opportunity to influence how significant investment is delivered across our housing portfolio, helping to improve homes and services for residents across West Northamptonshire. Working within our Corporate Finance and Procurement team, you’ll play a leading role in shaping commercial strategies, driving value for money and ensuring procurement supports the delivery of our corporate priorities.

Additional information
You’re an experienced procurement professional with strong commercial awareness, relevant sector experience and a track record of successfully delivering complex procurement projects in a housing, FM or estates-based category. You have experience of successfully delivering housing and asset-based procurement projects and understand how to balance quality, value, risk and service outcomes.
You’re a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, influencing decision-making and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. Whether developing procurement strategies, managing suppliers or supporting colleagues, you bring a proactive and solutions-focused approach to everything you do.
