We are a medium-sized primary school with over 200 pupils, catering for children aged 3 to 11 years. Nabb School has a welcoming and caring ethos, providing high-quality teaching within a happy, secure and stimulating learning environment. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in both daily engagement and positive outcomes for our children.
As a staff team, we are not afraid to do things differently. We work collaboratively to create the school we all believe in, placing children at the heart of everything we do. Our curriculum and wider school vision are built around our 4C4Life values:
- Collaboration

- Curiosity
These values underpin learning in our classrooms, shape our wider school community and support our children throughout their life journeys.
If you enjoy being part of a supportive and collaborative team, working in a beautiful setting with extensive opportunities for outdoor learning, and are passionate about inspiring and enriching children's lives, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We are seeking an adaptable, committed and enthusiastic teacher who can deliver high-quality learning experiences across a range of year groups. The successful candidate will be able to build positive relationships quickly, maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement, and provide effective cover for teachers' Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time across KS1 & KS2.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Is an effective classroom practitioner with experience of primary education.
- Has excellent classroom management skills and high expectations for all learners.
- Can inspire, motivate and engage children across KS1 and KS2.
- Is flexible, organised and able to adapt to teaching different classes and subjects.
- Works collaboratively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life.
- Demonstrates a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
We Can Offer:
- Friendly, enthusiastic and well-behaved pupils.
- A supportive, dedicated and welcoming staff team.
- Opportunities for professional development.
- A caring school community committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child.
- An exciting learning environment with extensive outdoor learning opportunities.
- The opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking school with a strong commitment to its 4C4Life values.
This post is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are confident teaching across the primary age range.
