What You’ll Be DoingYou will carry out plastering, tiling, and other maintenance tasks including responsive repairs, void management, and planned works. Using your expertise, you’ll make on-site decisions within Council policies, maintain van stock, and occasionally guide apprentices. Embracing new technology and working flexibly, you’ll ensure every job is completed safely and to the highest standard.
You’ll Fit Right In If…You hold an NVQ or have at least three years’ plastering experience, a full driving licence, and can pass a basic DBS check. You’re organised, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new skills.
