This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our very successful Pastoral Team. The post holder will need to have experience of working with a range of professionals in order to support children & families to stay safe, secure, and ready to learn.

As the Designated Deputy Safeguarding Lead it would entail you working closely with our Pastoral Team to support the vulnerable pupils, plus Social care and Early Help Worker.

The requirement includes the need to be able to support children with their well-being & mental health delivering in both Tier 1 & 2 support as a pastoral manager. The successful applicant needs to work as part of an established team, have good communications skills with a good sense of humour.

We are eager to appoint a person with good understanding of Social Care thresholds and the challenges of working with the young children & their families and prepared to work hard to keep children safe.
