We are looking for someone who can analyse information, review evidence objectively and make consistent decisions based on legislation, policy and guidance.
Previous experience in parking services, civil enforcement, debt recovery, legal administration, appeals handling, local government or a similar regulatory environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
If you are looking for a role that combines customer service, investigation and decision-making, we would like to hear from you.
