We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our in-house waste teams based at our Torr Quarry Depot, Kingsbridge in the beautiful South Hams. You’ll be leading a close-knit operational team, including officers, operatives, and supervisors, all working towards a shared goal of environmental sustainability and service excellence.

You should be confident, and able to deal with challenging situations in a pressurised environment. The ability to motivate and encourage your teams is key. Applicants should have experience of managing teams in a waste industry or a related field. The ideal candidates will be able to work autonomously with exceptional organisation skills and sound health and safety knowledge.
