About the roles
The Housing & Homelessness service is recruiting Operations Managers to support the delivery of several key functions.
These are exciting senior leadership opportunities for experienced and motivated professionals who can lead high-performing teams, drive service improvement and deliver excellent outcomes for our residents. The successful postholders will report to the Associate Director of Homelessness Strategy and Re-settlement and provide operational leadership across a range of important services.
The Operations Manager for Dudley Homes will be responsible for the allocation and letting of Dudley’s social housing. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the lettings process and maintaining compliance with approved policy and procedures within the service area. Continually reviewing trend data and working with our partners to ensure that Dudley can deliver social housing to meet its need.

These are not conventional 9-to-5 roles. The services include statutory responsibilities and functions that operate outside normal office hours.
