
Night Support Worker

Horninglow Bungalows is a Supported Living in Burton on Trent
Tenants living here are encouraged to be actively involved in their own care and support and to be given as much choice and control over their lives as able.
Tenants all have their own rooms, but share some communal facilities.
This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and will require a pre-employment health assessment as part of the onboarding process.
Main ResponsibilitiesIn this role you'll:
- Maintain dignity and supporting with intimate/personal care
- Follow dietary care plans and supporting individuals with eating and drinking
- Support with manual handling of people
- Support with positive behavioural support and safety intervention
- Support individuals to be actively involved in their car
- Administer medication
We are looking for someone who is able to cover waking night shifts at Horninglow Bungalows Supported Living. You will work under the guidance and supervision of a Senior Night Support Facilitator, attending to the needs of tenants who are all adults with learning disabilities

The role is regulated by CQC and it is a requirement of the role that we obtain full employment history from leaving secondary school. Please note should you be invite for interview this information will be required.
