Mini Bus Driver

Grangehurst Primary School is looking to appoint a casual minibus driver to assist with the school's travelling to sports competitions and school trips.

The role will involve collecting the minibus from another local school, carrying out initial checks on the bus internally and externally, and basic mechanical checks, e.g. fuel, water, oil, tyres.

Driving the minibus carrying children and staff to a variety of venues, and whilst on a school trip, to assist teachers and pupils where necessary.

To be responsible for small groups of children, where necessary, on trips.

This role requires a full clean driving license, flexibility and the ability to work with staff and pupils.

This role is term-time only on a casual basis to suit the needs of the school.

No previous minibus driving experience necessary, all training will be provided.
