Midday Meals Supervisor at Thakeham Primary School

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Midday Meals Supervisor to join our team of friendly and hardworking staff.

Contract: Midday Meals Supervisor, Temporary Contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11.45am to 1.15pm, term time only
Salary: Grade 2 point 2: £24,413 (£12.65 per hour) to point 3 £24,796 (£12.85 per hour) pro rata
Required: To start as soon as possible

The successful candidate must:
• have patience, understanding and empathy with pupils
• have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• be positive and enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ approach
• be a team player and work well with others

The role includes setting up the lunch hall ready for the children, supervising children having their lunch and clearing the hall at the end. There is an element of lifting involved in this role.
