North East Lincolnshire Council is looking for an ambitious and creative L&D Leadership & Management Specialist to drive the development and delivery of how we develop leaders and managers across the organisation.

The Opportunity

This is more than a training role.

You'll be at the heart of our People & Culture agenda, shaping leadership capability and creating learning experiences that empower people to deliver excellent services.

Working with senior leaders, managers and key stakeholders, you'll design and deliver a comprehensive leadership and management offer that supports our workforce ambitions and helps colleagues reach their full potential. You'll influence talent development, succession planning and leadership excellence, helping to build a strong pipeline of capable and confident future leaders and managers.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Has significant experience in Learning & Development.
• Is an exceptional facilitator who can engage, challenge and inspire leaders at all levels.
• Has experience designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes.
• Builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively across a complex organisation.
• Brings energy, creativity and a passion for continuous improvement.
