An outstanding classroom teacher who is able to inspire, motivate and challenge pupils
A teacher who has experience of teaching in a primary school, (this includes teaching placements).
A teacher who has high expectations for children’s progress and attainment
A teacher who confidently adapts teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of the pupils
Someone who will continually promote the school’s vision and values
