Your expert craftsmanship will ensure repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standards, helping to create safe, comfortable homes for our community. Your work directly supports tenant wellbeing and community safety, making a real difference in people’s lives.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will carry out a variety of joinery tasks including responsive repairs, void management, and planned maintenance across Council properties. A strong focus on health and safety, customer service, and adherence to Council policies will be key to your success.

You’ll Fit Right In If…
You hold an NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent) and have a good understanding of working in social housing environments. You take pride in delivering quality workmanship and enjoy working collaboratively while taking ownership of your tasks.
