The IT Service provides corporate IT services to all areas of the Council including IT strategy, policies, applications and technical support, software development, account management and resolution of IT issues. 

We are recruiting an IT Officer primarily to work within System C support Team.

The role involves supporting the key council Adults Social Care, Children's Social care, Education systems and supporting Finance system.

You will be required to develop an understanding of Social Care statuary time scales and processes. Once proficient you will be required to deliver system training and support the development of the systems and resolve system issues.
