Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Independent Living Co-ordinator to join our team, duties include overseeing a small patch of approximately 80 homes, reviewing tenant applications for housing, voids and allocations, weekly welfare checks, chairing tenant meetings and surgeries, helping tenants with tenancy sustainment, signposting tenants to third party agencies, maximising tenant income and taking part in the association’s on call rota.

  • Wednesday 10 December 2025: Interviews will take place in person at our offices in Chingford
  • As part of the interview process, applicants will be asked to complete a short competency based test.
  • This role is a priority within our association therefore we are looking to appoint a new member to our team who can start immediately or as soon as possible (in line with applicants notice periods).

Salary range

  • £29,795.22 per year
