Are you passionate about helping people achieve their employment goals and improve their wellbeing through meaningful work? We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Employment Specialist to join our Connect to Work team, delivering the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model to support people facing barriers to employment.

As an Employment Specialist, you will work closely with participants, employers, health professionals and community partners to help individuals identify their strengths, secure sustainable employment, and thrive in the workplace. You will provide personalised, recovery-focused support, building strong relationships and creating opportunities that enable people to achieve their ambitions.

To deliver high-quality, person-centred employment support using the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model as part of the Dudley Connect to Work programme. The IPS Employment Specialist will support individuals with complex barriers, including health conditions and disabilities, to secure and sustain competitive employment through rapid job search, employer engagement, and ongoing in-work support.

Fixed Term Contract until 31/03/2029 - subject to extension


Workplace Attendance: Working in the office 3+ days a week (pro-rata) or Onsite full time
