ICT Service Desk Officer
Salary: £26,403 - £28,142 per annum (pay award pending)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated ICT Service Desk Officer to join a small and dedicated ICT Team.
The post-holder will be responsible for answering all ICT support desk calls and providing customer-focused, first level support to users.
We are looking for someone educated to A-Level standard or equivalent, with experience supporting users in an ICT environment.
