Redbridge is an ambitious, diverse and exciting east-London borough. What we do is driven by changing our relationship with local people to support our vision. As a result, we've developed innovative ways to build our communities and transform our Council.
We're one of the fastest growing parts of the country and the third most diverse London borough. Our communities are attracted by a mixture of excellent schools, relatively affordable housing, high-quality open space and rapid transport connections into the heart of the city.
Our people are at the heart of everything we do. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers across a diverse range of Council services, delivering strategic and operational people solutions that support excellent service delivery. From workforce planning and organisational change to employee relations and leadership development, you will play a key role in shaping a high-performing, inclusive workforce and enabling positive outcomes for residents.
We are looking for experienced HR professionals who combine strong business partnering expertise with resilience, sound judgement and a collaborative approach. You will be comfortable operating in a complex and fast-paced environment, building credibility with senior stakeholders, providing constructive challenge and delivering practical solutions to complex people issues. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking People Service at the London Borough of Redbridge, where your contribution will help shape workforce strategy and support the Council's continuing ambitions for its people and communities.
