• Deal with insolvencies, breathing space cases and other time-sensitive correspondence.
• Prepare cases for further recovery action, including court proceedings where appropriate.
• This is a hybrid role, which requires a minimum office presence of one day per week in our Civic Centre offices in Folkestone. The successful applicant will be provided with full training, which will require an increased office presence in the training period.

About you

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A professional, customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Why join us?

• Up to 31 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Flexi-time scheme, birthday leave and Christmas office closure.
