As an attachment and trauma informed school, we recognise that a pupil's happiness and well-being are the foundation for their success and is essential to nurture, educate and care for the 'whole person'.

All of our staff are committed to ensuring that our pupils acquire and develop the skills, knowledge and understanding that will allow them to thrive in a loving, happy and flourishing community. We know that we have a duty to equip our children with the communication and social skills that will support them to build positive relationships and flourish within our local and global community. • Superb interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating with pupils, parents and professionals
  • Motivation to develop their own skills and talents in order to support pupils and colleagues
  • The ability to work with a small group of children carrying out intervention programmes
  • A hard working, resilient, enthusiastic and committed approach
  • Acceptance of the Christian ethos and life of our school
  • Creative, fun and innovative ideas for motivating learners and a sense of humour
  • Experience of planning and teaching whole classes and groups of pupils

If you can offer the above then we would love you to come and join our team.
