    Making A Difference as a Head of Community Support Services

    Do you have the skills, commitment, ambition, and determination to play a significant role in one of the top-performing Councils in the country?

    We have a vacancy for a highly motivated individual who wants to play a key role in responding to the challenges and opportunities facing Adult Social Care and Health. As our Head of Adult Community Support Services, you will line manage a team and lead a CQC registered 30 bedded Intermediate Care Unit at Brookfield and our community transport service across St Helens.

    You will be a strong leader and team player who has a high level of intellectual rigor, negotiation, and motivational skills and is flexible and adaptable to change. In this key role, you will join an Integrated Health and Social Care environment and be expected to work collaboratively with wider Council departments and partners.

    The successful candidate should have relevant experience and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role; you should also be a Registered CQC manager or be working towards/willing to undertake the qualification.
