Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling the school’s budgets, ensuring financial resources are planned, deployed, and reported effectively to support high‑quality secondary education. The role provides strategic and operational financial leadership, supporting the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and Governors/Trustees with accurate financial information, robust forecasting, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The Finance Manager will also work alongside the Academy Business Operations Manager and deputise in their absence. They will be expected to familiarise themselves with the full range of support functions across the Academy and provide support as required.
