Across ASC Commissioning, we’re committed to supporting BCP Council’s Adult Social Care strategy and the ASC Prevention Strategy 2025-2030 by promoting strengths-based practice, enabling independence, reducing reliance on formal care, and building community support so people can live well at home.

This role will directly contribute to meeting our duties in this area.

- Work across Public Health and Communities team, Adult Social Care, Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, VCSE and wider networks to embed a culture of prevention, improve awareness of falls prevention, and ensure effective signposting and joined-up service delivery.
- Develop and deliver training, resources, communications and market engagement to build system-wide capability, raise awareness and strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Use data, research and lived experience insight to identify need, target high-risk groups, inform service planning, and evaluate impact through outcomes data and case studies.
