
Estates Surveyor
Are you a qualified Chartered Surveyor looking for an opportunity to make a real impact across a diverse property portfolio?
Wyre Forest District Council is seeking an enthusiastic and commercially minded Estates Surveyor to join our Property Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and enhancing wide-ranging portfolio of assets while supporting the Council's commercial and regeneration ambitions.
As Estates Surveyor, you will work across a varied portfolio of more than 250 assets, undertaking estate management activities including lease negotiations, rent reviews, valuations and property marketing. You will also help identify opportunities to maximise income generation and support the delivery of the Council's Strategic Asset Management Plan.

You will be required to:
- Provide access to a suitable vehicle for business use in connection with the duties of the post.
- Undertake occasional duties that involve a degree of physical activity and mobility, including site inspections and visits.
- Work in a hybrid capacity, with a minimum of two days per week spent on site or in the office, subject to service requirements.
- Adopt a flexible approach to working hours, including attendance at evening meetings and occasional work outside normal office hours.
