We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Support Worker to join Redcar & Cleveland Best Start Family Hubs.
As an integral member of our team, you will work with children and families from pregnancy through the early years, delivering high-quality support that helps children thrive, be healthy, happy, valued and ready to learn.
You will play a key role in empowering families, building positive relationships, and working collaboratively with partners to create nurturing environments where every child can reach their full potential.
The role involves delivering both universal and targeted services, including, Evidence based parenting support, child development activities, and Speech and Language programmes.
You will engage with families in a variety of settings, providing practical support and guidance while promoting positive outcomes for children and reducing inequalities.

The successful candidate will have:
- Substantial experience of working with children aged 0-5 years and families in a variety of settings.
- They will hold a minimum of a NVQ Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject to working with children and families.
